Online registration payments include secure credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). Processing fees will be added to each 2024 Registration, whether done in-person or online.

Late Fee
$25 late fee will be added to all registrations after March 1st.
Volunteer Fees - NEW!
- $125 or 4-Hours for the WHOLE family
The $125 Volunteer Fee will be added to registration. Once your family has completed the minimum 4-hours of League-Related volunteer hours you will be issued a refund for this amount. Please note, ALL families are obligated to help with team-related activities.
Families with players only in the Challenger Division are exempt from Volunteer requirements.
Field Maintenance does NOT count towards league-related volunteer hours. Chalking & Raking is needed for each game, no matter the day of the week it is being played. The HOME team is required to chalk the field. The AWAY team is required to rake the field. If you are playing a team from visiting league, please take care of BOTH tasks.
Ages
Request to Move Player Down
MFLL will only accept requests to play down from your age-assigned division, where applicable.
No player will be allowed to move “up” a division. Those requests will be denied.
During registration, only the applicable division is allowed for selection. You will be able to choose to play down a few screens after the player information. Only the following requests can be made in order to stay compliant with Little League International:
- 5 year old to play in T-Ball 4/5 Division
- 9 year old boy to play in Baseball AA (7-8 year olds; aka “Coach Pitch”)
- 11 year old boy to play in Baseball AAA (9-10 year olds; first division of “Kid Pitch”)
- 9 year old girl to play in Softball AA (7-8 year olds)
- 11 year old girl to play in Softball AAA (9-10 year olds)
Selecting a player to play down a division does not automatically ensure the player will be moved to a new division. The player will be evaluated by the VP of Baseball or VP of Softball to determine this.
Annual Parent Meeting
Held at North Middle School on February 26, 2024 at 7:30PM. This meeting is recommended for ALL families.
Refunds
The refund policy is stated on the Player Registration form which is signed by the parent/guardian. After March 1st no refunds are available:
Refunds (less $25 for administrative fees) are available, upon written request, prior to March 1st. (*After March 1st, any refund request must be submitted in writing and is subject to Board approval for exception cases only: moving out of area, major injury, or high school play. The Board will determine if a refund will be granted on a case-by-case basis.)

Financial Assistance
T-Mobile is again offering their Call-Up Grant administered by Every Kid Sports. If you are requesting financial assistance, please complete the grant registration and fill out the below form and mail this form back to MFLL c/o Confidential PO Box 253 Meno Fall WI 53052.

Each submission is reviewed case-by-case.
VOLUNTEERING
All Parents are asked to contribute a minimum of 4 (FOUR) volunteer hours that benefit the League as a whole. Any hours completed beyond the minimum are very much appreciated, since the League is run only by volunteers. Team Parents will be credited with all 4 hours of volunteer time. Coaches will be credited in full for volunteer requirements for their family. Field Maintenance before or after games is NOT counted towards volunteer hours since field maintenance is a team responsibility. Failure to show up for any shift or failure to give a 24-hour notice may result in adding 1 volunteer hour to the family obligation.
FORMS
School enrollment & Health forms need to be completed by ALL players. Residency forms need to be completed if you do NOT live in Menomonee Falls. If you live outside of Menomonee Falls, please complete the school enrollment form. Forms are required for All Star play so we ask that you complete the form now so everything is on file if needed.
COACH
Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time to be a coach or team manager. Due to the number of individuals expressing interest in some divisions, we do not always have positions for everyone. We cannot guarantee you will be paired with the individual(s) you may listed. Please, DO NOT pair yourself with an individual if you have not discussed this with them. Based upon previous years’ evaluations, a coach may not be invited back this season. Please note: Background checks and concussion training is required for ALL coaches. Both must be completed prior to season start - you will not receive your coaches shirt or team equipment until this is done.
